Have your program manager enroll with Apple as the VPP Program Manager — Apple's Business and Education VPP pages walk through the steps. Once you can purchase from the respective App Stores, forward us the Apple ID and we'll take it from there.

Our mobile data-collection, reference and web products are built on extensible frameworks designed to simplify customization and integration with systems you already license — HSE web solutions, Knowledge Management Systems or in-house tools — so iOSHA fits your IT roadmap rather than fighting it.

Graphical and text-based reporting, custom CSV or PDF data export, app branding, importing your control lists and internal regulations for in-app reference, form-template import, legacy data conversion and migration, and web-portal installation.

It's a straightforward process: web services for synchronization and updates (control lists, templates and the like), an optional migration database for data continuity, simple installation and scheduling, secure authentication, and a local device archive that auto-purges at set intervals — with virtually no added IT overhead and minimal load on your web server.

Implementation is normally completed before customized apps reach your user community, and can be done by your IT staff or our QA personnel. We provide your IT department with an install package that includes documentation.

When a product is customized, a license agreement is executed with the end-user organization for the relevant mobile application framework, open-ended or for a fixed term. Outside of customization, the iTunes Store Terms & Conditions govern use of purchased digital content for organizational and end-user use.

The mobile application framework is licensed and remains ForeCYTE's intellectual property; the changes made during customization are owned by your business or institution. The customized app is available exclusively to your organization through Apple's VPP Store.
